春潮涌动启新章，奋楫笃行谋发展！深圳市第三高级中学国际部召开 2026 春季学期**次工作例会。本次会议紧密传达学校新学期工作精神，围绕招生宣传、教学管理、事务落实、校园规范等核心工作全面部署安排，明确工作要求、划定执行标准，以精细化管理、创新化赋能、规范化推进为抓手，凝聚全体教职工力量，为新学期国际部教育教学工作高质量开展锚定方向、夯实根基！
本次会议由黄琼主任主持，管理团队成员、国际课程班创始人和全体学生成长导师参加了例会。
With the surge of spring tide, we embark on a new chapter and strive for development with perseverance! The International Department of Shenzhen No.3 High School held its first regular work meeting for the spring semester of 2026. This meeting closely conveyed the spirit of the school's work for the new semester, comprehensively deployed and arranged core work around enrollment promotion, teaching management, affairs implementation, and campus norms, clarified work requirements, defined execution standards, and focused on fine management, innovation empowerment, and standardized promotion. It gathered the strength of all faculty and staff to anchor the direction and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the International Department's education and teaching work in the new semester!
The meeting was chaired by Director Huang Qiong, and members of the management team, founders of the international curriculum classes, and all student growth mentors attended the regular meeting.
规范招生与宣传：严守纪律，树立口碑
会议首先强调了招生与宣传工作的规范性与严肃性，要求全体教职员工牢固树立规则意识：
将严格依据深圳市教育局相关文件执行，严禁任何形式的提前招生、与培训机构联合选拔等行为。
务必杜绝任何虚假、夸大宣传。宣传材料中应避免使用“最”等**化用语，不得承诺学生一定能进入特定大学。应以历年真实的升学成绩和数据进行客观展示，引导家长理性判断，共同维护学校诚信、专业的品牌形象。
深化教学精细化管理：聚焦课堂，赋能成长
会议对教育教学的核心环节提出了“精细化”管理的明确要求，旨在全面提升育人质量：
学生成长导师需每周至少深入课堂听课5节，并应覆盖国内课程。听课过程中需协助科任教师观察并记录学生的课堂表现，完成观察表并按时上传，实现学情动态的精准把握。
国际课程将继续深化分层教学，尤其在英语等学科推进更精准的学科内分层。同时，会议要求系统总结“牛剑班”、“港大班”等尖子培养的成功经验，并在2026年继续办好尖子班，打造升学品牌。
积极探索人工智能在教学中的应用场景。国际课程班要积极尝试利用人工智能AI技术，基于学生的错题数据，为其智能推送个性化的作业、练习与辅导资源，推动因材施教走向深入。
抓实常规与学生管理：注重细节，守护安全
会议着重强调校园管理规范与学生人文关怀，筑牢校园管理防线，厚植暖心育人底色。
要求各课程班严格按照通知要求与截止时间，完成补考的组织与安排工作。同时，依据既定的表彰方案与采集表，公平、公正、公开地完成评优评先工作，由成长导师与班主任共同把关。
要求全体导师本周内与各自负责的学生进行一次谈话，全面了解其思想、学习与生活状况，特别要做好补考学生的沟通。再次强调，杜绝任何形式的校园欺凌行为。全方位守护学生身心健康，为学子营造安全、和谐、温暖的校园成长环境。
This first regular meeting of the spring semester serves as both a work deployment and task promotion meeting for the new semester, as well as a mobilization meeting to unite our efforts and practice our original aspiration. From the standardized control of enrollment promotion to the fine and in-depth cultivation of teaching management, from the implementation arrangement of specific affairs to the warm care of campus management, every deployment closely aligns with the core of school operation, and every requirement is based on student growth.
